SolicitPro ("we," "us," "our") is a door-to-door canvassing and sales management platform operated by M&M Enterprises LLC, a Florida-based company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our web and mobile platform ("Service"). By using SolicitPro you agree to this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information — name, email address, phone number, role, and organization when you register.
Field Activity Data — door knock logs, disposition outcomes, GPS coordinates of canvassing activity, appointment records, homeowner contact information entered by your organization, and notes.
Location Data — precise GPS coordinates when location permissions are granted on your device. Location data is used solely to log canvassing activity and display your position on the canvassing map.
Device and Technical Data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage logs collected automatically for security, fraud prevention, and platform improvement.
Google Calendar Data — if you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar solely to create, update, and delete appointment events on your behalf using the calendar.events scope. We do not read, store, or analyze your existing calendar events beyond what is necessary to prevent scheduling conflicts.
Homeowner Data — names, phone numbers, and email addresses of homeowners entered by your organization's representatives during field activity. Your organization is the data controller for this information.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Providing, maintaining, and improving the SolicitPro platform
- Displaying performance analytics to you and your organization administrators
- Syncing appointments to connected Google Calendar accounts
- Enforcing platform security and preventing fraud or abuse
- Communicating service updates, security notices, and support responses
- Complying with legal obligations
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:
Within your organization — your activity data is visible to managers and organization owners within your SolicitPro organization as part of the platform's core functionality.
Service providers — we use trusted third-party vendors (hosting, analytics, payment processing) who are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for any other purpose.
Legal compliance — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights and safety of M&M Enterprises LLC, our users, or the public.
Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same protections described here.
5. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
SolicitPro's use of data obtained through Google APIs is limited to the purposes described in this policy. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or ML models. Our use of Google Calendar data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account termination, personal data is deleted within 30 days except where we are required to retain it by law. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed credentials, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
8. Children's Privacy
SolicitPro is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.
9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
